View your rankings on leaderboards

When to use this

Use this guide when you want to see how you rank against your teammates on Hoopla leaderboards. This shows your position in any competition where you have been added as a Player or Watcher.

Steps

1. Navigate to the Rankings tab in Hoopla.
2. Locate the leaderboard you want to view from the list of leaderboards where you are a Player or Watcher.
3. Click on the leaderboard to view detailed ranking information.
4. Review your current metric values and position in the stack-ranked list.

Verify

You should see:

• A list of all leaderboards where you are added as a Player or Watcher
• Your current ranking and metric values for the selected leaderboard
• Up to four metrics displayed per leaderboard, all contributing to the ranking calculation

If it doesn’t work

Cannot see any leaderboards: Confirm with your administrator that you have been added as a Player or Watcher to at least one leaderboard.

Missing a specific leaderboard: Verify with your administrator that you are added to that particular leaderboard.

Rankings appear incorrect: Check that metric data is updating correctly. If the issue persists, escalate to your administrator to verify the leaderboard configuration.
