Display Sodaclick on Displai screens

When to use this

Use this guide when you have an active Sodaclick subscription and want to display your Sodaclick presentations (menu boards, promotional graphics, or animated content) on your Displai screens. Sodaclick is a premium application that requires separate activation on your Displai plan.

Steps

1. Contact Displai sales to enable Sodaclick on your plan if you don’t already have access.
2. Log in to your Sodaclick account at app.sodaclick.com and select the presentation you want to display.
3. In Sodaclick, click Post Slide → Slide URL at the top of the page.
4. Click Your slide URL here! and copy the portion of the URL that appears between canvas/ and the first = sign.
5. In your Displai dashboard, navigate to Library and click the green Create button.
6. Select Sodaclick from the app list.
7. Paste the copied Slide ID into the ID field.
8. Set the duration for your presentation (default is 60 seconds).
9. Click Save and then Done.
10. Add the Sodaclick app to a playlist and publish it to your screen.

Verify

Your Sodaclick presentation should appear on the screen within the playlist rotation. The content updates automatically when you edit the presentation in your Sodaclick account.

If it doesn’t work

“NO LICENCE FOUND 403” error: You’ve exceeded the number of device licenses on your Sodaclick account. Sodaclick is licensed per device, so each screen requires its own license. Check your license count at app.sodaclick.com/product_user.480 and contact Sodaclick support at support@sodaclick.com to purchase additional licenses.

“THE REQUESTED SLIDE IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE” error: The Slide ID was entered incorrectly. Return to step 3 and carefully copy only the portion of the URL between canvas/ and the first = sign.
