Display Tactic on your Displai screens

When to use this

Use this guide when you want to display Tactic workspace visualization on your Displai screens. Tactic provides an interactive map of your workspace floor plan, allowing teams to manage and interact with office reservations and schedules. This integration is available as a premium application on Displai.

Steps

1. Navigate to the Library page in your Displai dashboard.
2. Click the green Create button to open your app list.
3. Select Tactic from the available applications.
4. Use this link to access your Tactic account.
5. Click Save, then Done to save your changes.
6. Create a new playlist or edit an existing one.
7. Add the Tactic app to your playlist.
8. Publish the playlist to your screen.

Verify

Tactic should now appear on your published screen, displaying your workspace floor plan and reservation data. The interactive map should be visible and allow users to view office schedules and reservations.

If it doesn’t work

• Tactic not visible in app list: Tactic is a premium application. Contact sales@displai.ai to have Tactic added to your plan.
• Login issues with Tactic account: Verify you have an active Tactic account and can log in at the provided link. For Tactic-specific authentication problems, contact Tactic support.
• Tactic content not displaying correctly: For issues related to Tactic content, floor plan configuration, or workspace data, reach out to Tactic support.
• Playlist publishing issues: Ensure your playlist is properly saved and published to the correct screen. Verify the screen is online and receiving content.
