Create posts with HooplaAI in Hoopla
Generate post text and images from a short prompt with HooplaAI, then choose your audience and publish the post to Huddle.
When to use this
Section titled “When to use this”Use HooplaAI to generate text and images for announcements, updates, and posts to your team. It is available under Post > HooplaAI and is enabled by default for all users. You can customize tone, length, and imagery, then review the result before publishing.
- Open Post and select HooplaAI.
- Enter a description or keywords for your post.
- Select a casual or formal tone.
- Choose Short, Medium, or Long for the post length.
- Click Generate Post.
- Review the generated text. Edit it or generate another version if needed.
- Enter a prompt to generate an image.
- Review the image. You can regenerate it, zoom in, or add more images, up to 10. You can also add attachments.
- Choose a specific user or team as the audience, or make a general announcement.
- Preview the complete message, including its images and attachments.
- Publish the post when you are satisfied with it.
Verify
Section titled “Verify”Check the designated Huddle. A general announcement appears under the General filter; a targeted post appears for the audience you selected. Confirm that its text and images are what you intended.
If it doesn’t work
Section titled “If it doesn’t work”Edit or regenerate content that does not fit your message before publishing. Contact support@displai.ai if you cannot access HooplaAI, need help with a post, or want to provide feedback.
Review generated content
Section titled “Review generated content”HooplaAI uses OpenAI models to generate content. Review and approve the output yourself so it meets your team’s standards and expectations.
Cost and language scope
Section titled “Cost and language scope”The published feature guide describes HooplaAI as available without additional platform costs and optimized for English. It describes additional language support as being explored; contact support for current availability.
