Use this article when you need to confirm which web browsers are officially supported for accessing the Displai dashboard. This helps you determine whether a browser-related issue is due to an unsupported configuration.

Important Safari limitation

Safari users may see an “Unsupported video format” error when previewing uploaded videos in the dashboard. This is a Safari browser restriction, not a Displai limitation. Your videos will play normally on your screens once published.

Unofficial browser support

While not officially supported, users of Chromium-based browsers like Opera and Vivaldi, or users running uncommon operating systems like BSD distributions, should see good results using their distribution’s official Chromium port.

If you encounter dashboard issues

1. Verify you are using one of the supported browsers listed above.
2. Update your browser to the latest available version.
3. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload the dashboard.
