Supported webcams for BlueJeans app
Check which Logitech webcams Displai officially supports for video conferencing with the BlueJeans app on your screen.

Supported models
Section titled “Supported models”Displai officially supports these webcams for use with the BlueJeans app:
- Logitech C925e FullHD 1080p Webcam – Product page
- Logitech Brio UltraHD 4K Webcam – Product page
Other webcams may function with the BlueJeans app but are not officially supported.
Verify
Section titled “Verify”Connect your supported webcam to your Displai screen and open the BlueJeans app. The webcam should appear as an available video input device in the app settings.
If it doesn’t work
Section titled “If it doesn’t work”If you need audio or video capabilities beyond what the supported webcams provide, contact support at support@displai.ai for assistance evaluating alternative hardware.
If you experience issues with a supported webcam model, contact support for troubleshooting.
