Learn how to view the user history within Hoopla & Salesforce
Section titled “Learn how to view the user history within Hoopla & Salesforce”If you want to see which of your players have logged into Hoopla, there are several ways you, as an Admin, can track this info.
For manually added users (e.g. any non- Salesforce user), you can track login history within Hoopla. Simply navigate to the User list view page, and click on the View login history button in the top right hand corner. We will display a list of all the time stamps of login, the login type (successful, failed, etc.) and who attempted the login. You may filter the list by type, if you want to track any suspicious login behavior (like locked accounts or login failures.)
For Hoopla users provisioned through a Salesforce report that login using their Salesforce credentials, as a Salesforce admin, you can track your Users login history. You can see who has logged into Hoopla using the Salesforce login button, the last time a user has logged into Hoopla and can view the number of times a User has logged in.
