Display ScoreStream scoreboards on your screens

When to use this

Use this article when you want to show live sports scores, news, and team updates from ScoreStream on your screens. This integration is ideal for schools, bars, sports venues, and any location that wants to display local high school, collegiate, or professional sports content.

Steps

1. Enable the ScoreStream app on your account Contact your account representative to add the ScoreStream app to your plan if it is not already available.

2. Create or log in to your ScoreStream account Visit https://scorestream.com/simplesignup to create a ScoreStream account if you do not already have one.

3. Locate your Widget ID in ScoreStream Log in to ScoreStream, navigate to the “My Widgets” section, and copy the Widget ID for the scoreboard you want to display.

4. Add the ScoreStream app in your dashboard In your dashboard, go to the Library page and click the green “Create” button to open your app library. Select the ScoreStream app.

5. Enter the Widget ID Paste the Widget ID you copied from ScoreStream into the Widget ID field in the ScoreStream app configuration.

6. Save and preview Click “Save” to apply the configuration. The scoreboard will appear in the Presentation Builder viewer.

Verify

Your ScoreStream scoreboard should now be visible in the Presentation Builder viewer. The scoreboard will display scores, sports-related news, and any pictures or videos included in the widget.

If it doesn’t work

• Widget not displaying: Confirm that you entered the correct Widget ID from your ScoreStream account. Only vertical banner widgets are fully supported on TV displays; non-vertical widgets will still display but in a vertical format.
• ScoreStream app not available: If you do not see the ScoreStream app in your Library, contact your account representative to add it to your plan.
• ScoreStream account or widget issues: For problems with your ScoreStream account, widget configuration, or content not updating, contact ScoreStream support at feedback@scorestream.com.
