Display Your Practice Online on screens

When to use this

Use this guide when you have a Your Practice Online account and want to display educational healthcare videos on your Displai screens. Your Practice Online provides educational materials for patients in medical waiting rooms and offices.

Steps

1. Log in to your Displai dashboard.
2. Navigate to the Library page and click the green “Create” button to open your app list.
3. Select the Your Practice Online app from the list.
4. Visit https://raydiant.ypo.education/ and log in with your Your Practice Online credentials.
5. Browse by specialty and select the video you want to display.
6. Click on the video ID to auto-copy it.
7. Return to your Displai dashboard and paste the video ID into the “Video ID” field.
8. Click “Save” and then “Done”.
9. Add the Your Practice Online app to a playlist by creating a new playlist or editing an existing one.
10. Publish your playlist to your screen.

Verify

The selected Your Practice Online video appears on your screen according to the playlist schedule you configured.

If it doesn’t work

• Your Practice Online is not in your app list: Contact Displai sales to have the app added to your plan. Your Practice Online is a premium application.
• Cannot log in to Your Practice Online portal: Contact Your Practice Online support at info@yourpracticeonline.net.
• Video does not appear on screen: Verify the video ID was copied correctly and that your playlist is published to the correct screen.
• Other content or playback issues: Contact Your Practice Online support for assistance with video content. Contact Displai support for dashboard or publishing issues.
