Display Opiniator on your screens

When to use this

Use this guide when you want to collect real-time customer feedback through Opiniator surveys displayed on your screens. Opiniator is a digital comment card system that lets customers scan a QR code to provide feedback via their mobile phone. This integration works for brick-and-mortar locations looking to increase customer retention and satisfaction.

Steps

1. Log in to your Opiniator account at https://admin.opiniator.com/login.
2. Click Keywords in the left navigation to locate your survey’s location code.
3. Copy the location code for the survey you want to display.
4. Open your Displai Dashboard and navigate to the Library page.
5. Click the green Create button to open the app list.
6. Select Opiniator from the list of available apps.
7. Paste the location code from step 3 into the location code field.
8. Set the presentation duration (default is 60 seconds).
9. Click Save and then Done.
10. Add the Opiniator app to a new or existing playlist.
11. Publish the playlist to your screen.

Verify

After publishing, check your screen for the following:

• An auto-generated QR code is visible
• A mobile link (tellusnow.mobi) is displayed along with the location code
• The presentation cycles through at your configured duration

Test the integration by scanning the QR code with a mobile device—you should see your Opiniator survey load.

If it doesn’t work

QR code or mobile link not appearing: Verify you entered the correct location code from your Opiniator account and saved the changes.

Opiniator app not in your Library: Opiniator is a premium application. Contact your account manager to add it to your plan.

Survey content issues: Contact Opiniator support directly at info@opiniator.com for help with survey configuration or keyword problems.

Playlist not displaying: Verify the playlist is published to the correct screen and that Opiniator has a duration set greater than zero.
