Display Digiphy QR codes on screens

When to use this

Use this article when you want to display custom QR codes created in Digiphy on your Displai screens. Digiphy is a marketing tool that lets you create trackable QR codes, monitor analytics, and measure campaign effectiveness. This integration is available as a premium application.

Steps

1. Contact your account team to enable the Digiphy app on your plan if it’s not already active.
2. Log into your Digiphy account at app.digiphy.app.
3. Navigate to “QR Codes” in your Digiphy account.
4. Click the blue button in the upper right corner to create a new QR code.
5. Configure your QR code:
   • Enter a name for the QR code
   • Mark it as active if desired
   • Customize the design as needed
   • Copy the “ID” field (you’ll need this for the next step)
   • Click “Save changes”
6. Return to your Displai dashboard and navigate to the Library page.
7. Click the green “Create” button to open your app list.
8. Select Digiphy from the available apps.
9. Paste the QR code ID you copied from Digiphy into the “ID” field.
10. Set the display duration (default is 60 seconds).
11. If your text extends beyond the screen edge, use the “Text Fitting” field to wrap text to the next line.
12. Click “Save” and then “Done” to save your changes.
13. Add the Digiphy presentation to a playlist.
14. Publish the playlist to your screen.

Verify

The QR code should appear on your screen according to your playlist schedule. Test the QR code by scanning it with a mobile device to confirm it directs to the correct destination.

If it doesn’t work

• Digiphy app not available in dashboard: Contact your account team to add Digiphy to your plan.
• QR code not displaying: Verify the QR code ID is correct and the QR code is marked as active in your Digiphy account.
• Text cut off or misaligned: Adjust the “Text Fitting” settings to wrap content properly.
• QR code scan issues or content problems: Contact Digiphy support at digiphy.it/learn-more.
• Dashboard or publishing issues: Contact Displai support.
