When to use this
Section titled “When to use this”Your screen displays “No Signal” instead of your Displai content. This means the screen isn’t receiving a presentation from your Displai device. Use this guide to restore the connection.
-
Check that your Displai device is powered on by looking for a small blue light. If there is no light, confirm the device is plugged into a working power outlet.
-
Identify your device model and power it off using the method below:
Intel devices (MRA-LNK-100 series): Locate the power button between the power adapter and HDMI plug. If there’s a plastic bumper covering it, use a paperclip to access the small hole. Press and hold the power button until the blue light turns off.
VivoStick devices (MRA-LNK-200 series): Press the power button to turn off the device.
Axon and Azulle devices (MRA-LNK-300 series): Press and hold the power button until the blue light turns red.
-
Unplug the device from both the HDMI port and the power outlet.
-
Reconnect the device by plugging it back into the HDMI port.
-
Plug the power adapter back into the power outlet. The blue power indicator light should turn on.
-
Select the correct HDMI input source on your screen. If your device is plugged directly into the screen, cycle through the available HDMI inputs using your screen’s remote or menu buttons.
-
Wait a few moments for your presentation to appear.
