Use duplicate names across metrics and leaderboards with labels
Use labels to give several metrics or leaderboards the same name, such as MTD Sales for each regional team, and still tell them apart.
Applies to plan(s): Enterprise.
Because Labels* provide a unique identifier for each entity, it is now possible to use a generic name across multiple Metrics and/or Leaderboards. For example, if you have a MTD Sales Metric for multiple Teams, you may currently be applying an abbreviated name in order to adhere to character limits and identify which Team’s MTD Sales Metric you are looking for (West Coast Month to Date Sales > WC MTD Sales).
With Labels, entities no longer require a unique identifier. You may use the same name across multiple Metrics and Leaderboards, as long as they have a unique Label applied to them.
Labels is an enterprise feature and is not available for everyone. Contact your CSM if you’re interested in having Labels enabled for your Hoopla account.
