Display Wayfinding Pro on Displai screens

When to use this

Use this article to set up Wayfinding Pro—an interactive wayfinding system that transforms floor plans into ADA-compliant, multi-floor navigation displays—on your touchscreen-enabled Displai screens. This integration is ideal for large facilities seeking interactive, accessible wayfinding solutions.

Steps

1. Obtain your Wayfinding Pro credentials Log in to your Wayfinding Pro account and locate your project key at the top of the Wayfinding Pro plotter program window and your assigned kiosk name.

2. Create a new presentation in Displai Open your Displai dashboard and create a new presentation, then select the Wayfinding Pro app from your available apps.

3. Enter your project key Insert the project key you copied from the Wayfinding Pro plotter into the designated field.

4. Enter your kiosk name Insert the kiosk name provided by Wayfinding Pro.

5. Configure display colors

   • Enter your desired background color code in the background color field.
   • Enter your desired text color code in the text color field.
   • Select your desired accent color from the dropdown.

6. Set interaction parameters

   • Select your desired idle timeout period.
   • Select the desired presentation duration.

7. Save your configuration Click ‘Save’ and then ‘Done’ to finalize your Wayfinding Pro presentation settings.

8. Add to a playlist and publish Create a new playlist or edit an existing one, add your Wayfinding Pro presentation, and publish the playlist to your screen.

Verify

Open your touchscreen and confirm the Wayfinding Pro interface displays with your configured colors and responds to touch interactions. The system should return to the home state after the idle timeout period you configured.

If it doesn’t work

If you don’t see the Wayfinding Pro app in your dashboard:
Contact your account representative to activate the Wayfinding Pro premium app on your account.
