Display Roadify on your Displai screens

When to use this

Use this guide when you want to display real-time transit arrivals, schedules, and service alerts on your Displai screens using the Roadify integration. Roadify aggregates transit data and crowdsourced updates for display in locations like convention centers, office buildings, or any venue where commuters need transit information.

Steps

1. Verify Roadify is enabled on your plan Roadify is a premium application. If you need to add Roadify to your plan, contact your account representative.

2. Navigate to the Library page in your Displai dashboard and click the green “Create” button to open your app list.

3. Select Roadify from the app list.

4. Enter your Roadify CODE To find your CODE:

   • Click “Open RoadifyTV Account” in the Displai dashboard
   • Log in to your Roadify account at the login page
   • Click the “Display” section on the left side
   • Copy the CODE that links to your configured location

5. Set the display duration for your Roadify presentation. The default duration is 30 seconds.

6. Save your configuration by clicking “Save” and then “Done”.

7. Add Roadify to a playlist Create a new playlist or edit an existing one, then add the Roadify app to it.

8. Publish the playlist to your screen.

Verify

After publishing, check your screen to confirm real-time transit information is displaying correctly. The transit data should update automatically based on your Roadify account configuration.

If it doesn’t work

Cannot find Roadify in your app list: Roadify must be enabled on your plan. Contact your account representative to add it.

CODE not accepted: Log in to your Roadify account and verify the CODE matches the one shown in the Display section. The CODE is case-sensitive.

Transit data not displaying correctly: Content and transit data issues are managed by Roadify. Contact Roadify support at support@roadify.com.

Issues with the Displai dashboard or publishing: Contact Displai support.
