If it doesn’t work

|---|---|
| Camera doesn’t appear in router’s device list after 5 minutes | Verify all Ethernet cables are securely connected. Try power-cycling the PoE switch. Contact Displai Support if the camera still doesn’t appear. |
| Cannot access HikVision interface at 192.168.1.64 | Another device may be using that IP. Temporarily disconnect the conflicting device, or wait for the camera to receive the next available IP from your router. |
| VLC won’t play the RTSP stream | Verify your username and password do not contain special characters. Double-check the IP address in the RTSP URL matches your camera’s assigned IP. Confirm the camera is powered on and connected to the network. |
| Need to install multiple cameras on the same network | Each camera must have a unique IP address. Follow Step 4.5 to assign a different IP to each camera before connecting the next one. |
