Display EmployeeMetrics® on your screens

When to use this

Use this guide when you want to display EmployeeMetrics® labor compliance information on your Displai screens. EmployeeMetrics® shows employee hours, breaks, high-priority notifications, and workplace management reports in real-time.

Steps

1. Activate EmployeeMetrics® integration

   • Contact your account executive or email sales to enable EmployeeMetrics® on your account
   • Alternatively, visit the EmployeeMetrics® integration page to get started

2. Create a new presentation

   • Navigate to your Library in the Displai dashboard
   • Create a new EmployeeMetrics® presentation

3. Authenticate with EmployeeMetrics®

   • In the Presentation Builder, you’ll see a QR code
   • Scan the QR code with your mobile device
   • Log in to EmployeeMetrics® when redirected to their webpage
   • An authentication key will appear in your Displai dashboard
   • Enter the authentication key into the AUTHENTICATION KEY input field

4. Configure display settings

   • Set Rows per page to control the maximum number of rows displayed at once
   • Set Dwell time in seconds to control how long each set of rows displays before cycling to the next set
   • Adjust Zoom display to increase or decrease the size of rows
   • Set Duration to control how long the EmployeeMetrics® presentation plays before switching to the next item in your playlist

5. Save and publish

   • Save your presentation configuration
   • Add the presentation to a playlist and assign it to your screens

Verify

Your screens should now display EmployeeMetrics® data cycling through employee hours, breaks, and compliance notifications according to your configured settings. If you set multiple rows per page with a dwell time, the display will automatically rotate through all available data.

If it doesn’t work

• Authentication key doesn’t appear: Close the Presentation Builder and reopen it, then scan the QR code again. If the issue persists, contact support.
• Data not displaying: Verify your EmployeeMetrics® account is active and has data to display. Contact EmployeeMetrics® support for questions about their data or functionality.
• Display formatting issues: Adjust the Zoom display and Rows per page settings in the Presentation Builder.
• Integration not available: Contact your account executive or sales to purchase the EmployeeMetrics® integration.
