Who to add as users

If you are an admin deciding whom to add to Hoopla, we recommend adding people who will:

• Participate on Leaderboards

• Trigger and post Newsflashes

• Participate in challenges with other users

• View performance data in the web and mobile apps as Watchers

• Receive points for rewards

• Have their birthdays and work anniversaries celebrated automatically

You can also add other admins, if there are multiple groups within your company using Hoopla.

Hoopla users will gain visibility throughout the company as they compete on Leaderboards and celebrate their achievements on Hoopla TV. Everyone who sees Hoopla will want in on the action!

If you plan to use our Salesforce Integration, we support Single Sign-On (SSO) with your Salesforce login credentials so your users will not require a separate Hoopla login and password. Check out this article on adding your users via a Salesforce report.
