Display Taggbox social wall on your screens

When to use this

Use this guide to show your Taggbox social media wall—user-generated content from platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook—on your Displai screens. This helps you increase customer engagement and build trust by displaying authentic social content in your physical locations.

Steps

1. Go to the Library in your Displai Dashboard and click Create Presentation.
2. Select the Taggbox app from the available integrations.
3. Find your Taggbox wall display code. This is the numeric portion of your Taggbox wall URL. For example, if your wall URL is https://display.taggbox.com/72298, the display code is 72298.
4. Enter the display code into the presentation builder.
5. Save the presentation.
6. Create a new playlist or edit an existing one and add your Taggbox presentation to it.
7. Publish the playlist to your screens.

Verify

Your Taggbox social wall should now be visible on your screens. Any changes you make to your social wall in Taggbox will automatically update on your screens.

If it doesn’t work

• Don’t see the Taggbox app in your Library? Contact sales to enable the Taggbox integration for your account.
• Display code not working? Double-check that you copied only the numeric portion of your Taggbox wall URL, not the full URL.
• Content not updating? Changes made in Taggbox typically sync within a few minutes. If updates don’t appear after 10 minutes, try republishing your playlist.
