Display Represent on your Displai screens

When to use this

Use this guide to set up and display Represent on your Displai screens. Represent allows you to create playlists of social impact videos to build trust with your community, inspire employees, attract loyal customers, and create meaningful change.

Steps

1. Log in to your Displai Dashboard.
2. Navigate to the Library page.
3. Click the green Create button to open your application list.
4. Select Represent from the available applications.
5. In the Represent presentation builder, use the left sidebar to select a video from your playlist.
6. Configure playback options:
   • Toggle autoplay on or off
   • Enable or disable mute
   • Turn loop on to repeat a single video continuously
7. Save your presentation and assign it to your screens.

Verify

Your selected Represent video or playlist should now display on your assigned screens. Check your screens to confirm the content is playing with the correct playback settings.

If it doesn’t work

• Represent not appearing in your application list: Contact your sales representative to confirm Represent has been added to your plan. Represent is a premium application that requires activation.
• Videos not loading: Verify your screen devices have a stable internet connection and can access video content.
• Playback issues: Check your mute, loop, and autoplay settings in the presentation builder.
• Other technical issues: Contact Displai support at support@displai.ai for assistance.
