Display WindowSight on your screens

When to use this

Use this guide to stream visual art and photography from WindowSight on your Displai screens. WindowSight transforms your displays into a gallery, enhancing workplace creativity and ambiance with worldwide artist content.

Steps

1. Contact your account representative to enable WindowSight on your plan if it is not already active.
2. Navigate to the Library page in your Displai dashboard.
3. Click the Create button to open your app list.
4. Select WindowSight from the available apps.
5. Enter your WindowSight USER_ID and PLAYER_ID in the configuration fields.
6. Set the display duration (defaults to 60 seconds).
7. Click Save and then Done.
8. Create a new playlist or edit an existing one.
9. Add the WindowSight app to your playlist.
10. Publish the playlist to your screens.

Verify

WindowSight content should begin streaming on your published screens within the display duration you configured. You will see visual art and photography cycling according to your playlist schedule.

If it doesn’t work

• WindowSight app not visible in your Library: Contact your account representative to confirm WindowSight is enabled on your plan.
• Content not displaying: Verify your USER_ID and PLAYER_ID are correct. For issues with WindowSight content itself, contact WindowSight support directly.
• Playlist not updating screens: Confirm the playlist containing WindowSight is published to the correct screen groups.
