Two-step verification adds a second layer of security by requiring access to your phone in addition to your password.

  1. On your Account page, locate the Offline Device Notifications section.
  2. Check the toggle to receive email alerts when a device goes offline.

You’ll receive an email notification when any of your devices lose internet or power connectivity.

  1. On your Account page, find the Enable Remote Assistance section.
  2. Toggle this feature on to allow Displai Support temporary access to your account.
  3. Set the duration for which access should be granted.

This feature is off by default and requires your explicit permission. Support cannot access your account unless you enable this feature.

  • Your updated name or email appears immediately in the dashboard header.
  • After resetting your password, you can log in with the new credentials.
  • When two-step verification is enabled, you’ll be prompted for a code from your phone during your next login.
  • If offline notifications are enabled, you’ll receive an email the next time a device loses connectivity.

Email change not processing: Ensure you entered your current password correctly and that your new email address is not already associated with another Hoopla account. Contact support if the issue persists.

Password reset email not arriving: Check your spam or junk folder. If the email doesn’t arrive within 10 minutes, verify that you entered the correct email address and try again.

Two-step verification setup fails: Confirm your phone number can receive SMS messages and has reliable cellular service. If you continue to have problems, contact support.

Cannot access email for password reset: Contact support directly for account recovery assistance.
