Display Pickle Planner on your Displai screens

When to use this

Use this guide to display real-time court reservations from Pickle Planner on your Displai screens. Pickle Planner specializes in pickleball and tennis court reservations for country clubs, tennis clubs, and pickleball facilities. This integration lets your members view court availability directly on-site.

Steps

1. Contact sales@displai.ai to enable the Pickle Planner app on your plan.
2. Log in to your Pickle Planner account at pickleplanner.com/dashboard/account/profile.
3. Click Administrations in the dropdown menu, then select Settings.
4. Under Advanced Settings, locate the Signage code field and copy the code.
5. Open your Displai Dashboard and navigate to the Library page.
6. Click the green Create button to open your app library.
7. Select the Pickle Planner app from the library.
8. Paste the signage code you copied into the Signage Code field.
9. Configure the display settings:
   • Days From Today: Set the relative day to display (0 = today, 1 = tomorrow)
   • Start Time: Enter the starting time in military format without colons (e.g., 800 for 8:00 AM, 1330 for 1:30 PM). Valid range: 0 to 2200.
   • Hours: Set the number of hours to display (minimum 2, maximum 24). Viewing more than 8 hours may cause text to cut off.
10. Set the presentation duration (default is 60 seconds).
11. Click Save, then Done.
12. Create or edit a playlist and add your Pickle Planner presentation.
13. Publish the playlist to your screen.

Verify

Check that your screen displays the court reservations for the day and time range you configured. Reservations should update in real time as customers book courts in Pickle Planner.

If it doesn’t work

• Code not accepted: Verify you copied the full signage code from Pickle Planner’s Advanced Settings. The code is case-sensitive.
• No reservations showing: Confirm your Pickle Planner account has active court reservations for the configured day and time range.
• Multizone layout: Pickle Planner is not currently available in Multizone layouts. Contact support@displai.ai to discuss alternative display options.
• App not in library: Reach out to sales@displai.ai to add Pickle Planner to your plan.
