Display DSMenu on your Displai screens

When to use this

Use this guide to display digital menu boards created in DSMenu on your Displai screens. This integration lets you design dynamic menu content in DSMenu and automatically sync changes to your screens in real time.

Steps

1. Contact sales at sales@displai.ai to enable the DSMenu app on your plan if you don’t already have access.
2. Log in to your DSMenu account at https://www.dsmenu.com/my-menuboard and locate your menuboard URL.
3. Copy the Menuboard URL ID from your DSMenu URL—for example, in “https://www.dsmenu.com/uph/38301”, the ID is 38301.
4. In your Displai Dashboard, go to the Library and create a new presentation.
5. Select the DSMenu app from the available applications.
6. Paste your Menuboard URL ID into the DSMenu application configuration field.
7. Add the DSMenu presentation to a new or existing playlist.
8. Publish the playlist to your screen.

Verify

Your DSMenu menu board displays on the published screen. Changes you make in DSMenu will automatically appear on your screens without republishing.

If it doesn’t work

DSMenu app not visible in Library: The app must be added to your plan. Contact sales@displai.ai to request activation.
