Steps

1. Verify that your Displai account has the Sightcorp integration enabled in your analytics settings.
2. Position your camera to capture the area where multiple people will be present.
3. Launch your Displai experience with Sightcorp tracking active.
4. The Sightcorp software will automatically detect and track multiple people in the frame simultaneously.

Verify

Check your Displai analytics dashboard to confirm that multiple unique viewers are being logged when more than one person is in the camera view. Each detected person will appear as a separate data point in your audience metrics.

If it doesn’t work

If multi-person tracking is not working as expected:

• Verify that your Sightcorp integration is properly configured and active in your Displai account settings
