Display Bingo Maker on your Displai screens

When to use this

Use this guide when you want to show live Bingo Maker games on your Displai screens. Bingo Maker lets you host and run bingo games in real time with custom themes, sizes, and music. This integration is available to customers with premium app access.

Steps

1. Confirm premium app access Open your Displai dashboard and check whether the Bingo Maker app appears in your app library. If you don’t see it, contact Displai sales to enable premium app access.

2. Activate a bingo game in Bingo Maker Log in to bingomaker.com. Click My Projects at the top of the page. Select a project and click Play. Create a game password (any string) and click Activate at the bottom of the page. Copy the game alias that appears after activation.

3. Create a new presentation in Displai In your Displai dashboard, create a new presentation and add the Bingo Maker app.

4. Paste the game alias In the Bingo Maker app settings, paste the alias you copied from bingomaker.com.

5. Select language Choose English, French, or Spanish as the display language.

6. Set presentation duration Choose how long the Bingo Maker content will display in your playlist. The default is 60 seconds.

7. Save and publish Click Save and Done to save your Bingo Maker presentation settings. Add the presentation to a playlist. Publish the playlist to your screen.

Verify

Your Displai screen should now display the live Bingo Maker game you configured. The game will appear in rotation according to your playlist settings.

If it doesn’t work

• Bingo Maker app is missing from your dashboard: Contact Displai sales to confirm your account has premium app access.
• Game alias is rejected: Verify you copied the full alias from an activated game in your Bingo Maker account. Check that the game is still active on bingomaker.com.
• Bingo Maker product or account issues: Contact Bingo Maker support at bingomaker.com/support-contact. Displai support handles only the Displai dashboard integration, not the Bingo Maker product itself.
