Use this guide when you want to add designs you’ve created in PosterMyWall to your Displai screens. This integration lets you publish professional posters and videos directly from PosterMyWall to your digital signage network.

  1. Build and save your design in PosterMyWall with a 16:9 aspect ratio for horizontal screens or 9:16 for vertical screens.
  2. Click Publish in PosterMyWall.
  3. Choose Digital Signage, then select Displai, and click CONTINUE.
  4. Once your design is ready, click CONNECT WITH RAYDIANT. You will be redirected to your Displai dashboard.
  5. Click Connect to PosterMyWall to link your accounts.
  6. Select your design from the dropdown menu, set a name and duration, and click Done to add it to your library.
  7. Add the design to a playlist and publish it to your screens.

Your PosterMyWall design appears in your Displai library and plays on your screens when published in a playlist.

Design doesn’t appear in the dropdown:

  • Only designs downloaded in HD quality appear in the dropdown. Designs downloaded at “free” or “basic” quality will not show up.
  • The dropdown displays a maximum of 200 designs. If you have more than 200 designs in PosterMyWall, delete older unused designs to see newer ones.

Video shows black bars (letterboxing):

  • Your design aspect ratio doesn’t match your screen orientation. Create designs with 16:9 aspect ratio (1920×1080 resolution) for horizontal screens or 9:16 aspect ratio (1080×1920 resolution) for vertical screens.

Video playback issues or buffering:

  • Use PosterMyWall’s “high resolution” download option instead of “4K” for videos. 4K files are much larger and may cause playback problems on slower networks.

Video duration control:

  • To loop a video for a set time instead of playing it once, toggle off “If Video, plays once” and set your desired duration.
