Display clocks on your screens

When to use this

Use this guide when you want to show the current time—for one or multiple time zones—on your digital signage screens. The clock app is included with all Displai plans and requires no separate activation.

Steps

1. From your Library, click the + icon to create a new presentation, then click Add Clock.

2. Enter a descriptive name for your clock presentation so you can easily find it later.

3. Enter a city, state, or time zone you want to display. You can add up to seven additional locations around the world by clicking Add a new Additional location.

4. Choose a theme from the available options.

5. Select the duration for how long the clock will display in your playlist (the default is 60 seconds).

6. Click Save and then Done.

7. Add the clock presentation to your playlist.

8. Assign the playlist to the screens where you want the clock to appear.

9. Click Publish to send the updated playlist to your screens.

Verify

After publishing, check your assigned screens to confirm the clock presentation appears during playback. The time displayed should match the time zone you configured.

If it doesn’t work

If the clock does not appear on your screens after publishing:

• Verify that the playlist containing the clock is assigned to the correct screens
• Confirm that you clicked Publish after making changes to the playlist
• Check that the screen is online and connected
