Display Barvanna on your screens

When to use this

Use this article when you want to add Barvanna—a dynamic sports and entertainment video channel—to your screens. Barvanna delivers family-friendly content including trivia questions, conversation starters, and action sports videos, all without audio so it won’t conflict with your location’s ambience.

Steps

1. Verify that Barvanna is enabled on your account. If you need to add Barvanna to your plan, contact your account representative.
2. Navigate to the Library page in your dashboard.
3. Click the green “Create” button to open your app library.
4. Select the Barvanna app from the available applications.
5. Modify the presentation name if desired.
6. Set the duration (default is 180 seconds or 3 minutes).
7. Create a new playlist or edit an existing one.
8. Add the Barvanna presentation to your playlist.
9. Publish your playlist to your screen.

Verify

Your screen should now display Barvanna content cycling through trivia, videos, and conversation starters. The content plays without audio and updates automatically.

If it doesn’t work

• If you cannot find Barvanna in your app library, confirm with your account representative that the app has been added to your plan.
• For issues with Barvanna content (missing videos, incorrect trivia, content quality), contact Barvanna support directly at support@barvanna.com.
• For issues with the Barvanna app in your Displai dashboard (app not loading, playlist errors, screen assignment problems), contact Displai support.
