Display Trabon MenuNet on your Displai screens

Connect Trabon MenuNet with your concept code and API key to show your MenuNet menu boards on your Displai screens.

When to use this

Use this article when you have an existing Trabon MenuNet account and want to display your digital menu boards on your Displai screens. This integration allows you to connect your MenuNet locations and campaigns directly to your screen presentations.

Steps

  1. Contact support@displai.ai to enable the Trabon integration for your account if you haven’t already done so.
  2. Obtain your Trabon MenuNet concept code and API key from your MenuNet account.
  3. Open the Displai Dashboard and navigate to the screen where you want to display your menu.
  4. Click the “Add Content” button from your screen view, or click “Add New” in your Library.
  5. Select Trabon from the available presentation types.
  6. Enter your MenuNet concept code in the concept code field.
  7. Enter your API key in the API key field.
  8. Select the menu board you want to display from your available MenuNet locations and campaigns.
  9. Save and publish the presentation to your screen.

Verify

Your Trabon MenuNet menu board should now display on your Displai screen. The content will update automatically when you make changes in your MenuNet account.

If it doesn’t work

Cannot find Trabon as a content option: Contact support@displai.ai to enable the Trabon integration for your account.

Don’t have your concept code or API key: Contact Trabon MenuNet support at 800-251-8260, Monday–Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST.

Menu board not displaying correctly after setup: Verify that the concept code and API key are entered correctly, then check that the selected location and campaign are active in your MenuNet account.
