Connect Power BI to Displai

When to use this

Use this article when you need to display live Power BI dashboards or reports on Displai-managed screens. This integration is designed for enterprise users who require real-time data visualization on shared displays for team collaboration and decision-making.

Steps

1. Navigate to the Library from your Displai dashboard at https://dash.raydiant.com/library.
2. Select Power BI from the list of available integrations.
3. Click Connect to Power BI.
4. Enter your Power BI credentials to authorize Displai to access your Power BI account.
5. Once connected, choose the Power BI dashboard or report you want to display.
6. Review the Workspace fields and embedded entities, which automatically populate with content from your Power BI account.
7. Use the preview feature on the right side of the presentation builder to see how your dashboard will appear on the screen.
8. Configure the display settings:
   • Select screen resolution from available options
   • Set display duration (how long each report stays on screen)
   • Choose orientation (landscape or portrait mode)
9. Review the preview to confirm everything displays correctly.
10. Click Save to finalize your settings.

Verify

Your Power BI dashboard or report now appears on your selected Displai screens. Check a connected screen to confirm the dashboard loads and displays as configured.

If it doesn’t work

Power BI data not syncing: Verify your Power BI credentials are correct and that Displai is authorized to access your account.

Unable to find Power BI dashboard: Confirm your Power BI account has active datasets and the integration is properly connected.

Power BI dashboard not displaying correctly: Double-check display settings in the Displai Library and verify the dashboard is correctly mapped to your screens.

If you continue to experience issues after verifying these items, contact Displai support with your Power BI workspace name and the specific dashboard or report you’re attempting to display.
