Display Must Have Menus on Displai screens

When to use this

Use this guide when you want to display digital menu boards created in Must Have Menus on your Displai screens. Must Have Menus is a third-party platform that lets you create custom landscape and portrait menus with your own images and fonts. This integration is available as a premium application.

Steps

1. Navigate to the Library page in your Displai dashboard and click the green “Create” button to open your app library.
2. Find and select the Must Have Menus application from the library.
3. Click “Connect to MustHaveMenus” in the presentation builder.
4. Click “Allow Displai to access my designs” when prompted to authorize the connection.
5. Select your location from the dropdown menu.
6. Select the menu design you want to display.
7. Enter the page number of the design you want to show in the page count field.
8. Set the duration for how long the menu should display (default is 60 seconds).
9. Click “Save” and then “Done” to save the Must Have Menus presentation to your Library.
10. Create a new playlist or edit an existing one and add the Must Have Menus presentation to it.
11. Publish your playlist to your screens.

Verify

Your Must Have Menus design should now display on your selected screens according to the playlist schedule you configured. The menu will cycle through at the duration you specified in step 8.

If it doesn’t work

If you cannot find the Must Have Menus application in your library: The application must be added to your plan first. Contact your account manager or sales team to enable Must Have Menus on your account.

If the authorization step fails: Try disconnecting and reconnecting your Must Have Menus account. Make sure you are logged into the correct Must Have Menus account when authorizing.

If your menu designs do not appear in the selection dropdown: Verify that you have published menu designs in your Must Have Menus account. Log into Must Have Menus directly to confirm your designs are available.
