Section titled “Verify”Your screen will restart and display content in the new orientation and resolution within 1-2 minutes of publishing the changes.
If it doesn’t work
Section titled “If it doesn’t work”Content appears with large black bars after rotation: This happens when horizontal content is displayed on a vertical screen. The content is scaled to fit, leaving empty space above and below. Create vertical content sized at 1080×1920 pixels (for 1080p screens) or contact your content team to prepare properly-sized assets.
Resolution options don’t match your screen: LED displays and custom resolutions are not currently supported. For 720p screens, select the 720p option; for 1080p or 4K screens, use the default 1080p setting. If you require a resolution not available in the dropdown, contact support.
Changes don’t appear after publishing: Verify your screen is online and connected. If the screen remains unchanged after 5 minutes, restart the screen manually or contact support.
