Personalize your metric newsflashes
Add your own photo and message to a metric newsflash from the To Do item in Huddle before it's posted.
This feature is turned on by the Admin. They may choose to send an instant message for the newsflash which does not allow personalization. If the newsflash allows for personalization, you will receive an email prompting you to go to Hoopla and personalize your newsflash.

If you trigger a Metric Newsflash, you may see a To Do item in the Huddle tab, if your admin has configured the Newsflash to require personalization.

On your To Do item, click Personalize.

Take or choose a Photo.

Customize the Message.

Click Post.
