Display Walls.io social wall on your screens

When to use this

Use this guide when you want to display your Walls.io social media feed on your Displai screens. Walls.io aggregates content from multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Vimeo, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. Changes you make to your social wall automatically sync to your screens.

Steps

1. Navigate to the Library in your Displai Dashboard.
2. Create a new presentation and select the Walls.io app.
3. Enter your Walls.io wall ID in the presentation builder. Your wall ID is the unique identifier in your Walls.io URL—for example, in https://my.walls.io/YOURWALL, the wall ID is YOURWALL.
4. Customize your presentation by selecting a theme, enabling auto-scrolling, toggling the header visibility, and setting a display duration.
5. Click Save and Done to save your presentation.
6. Create a new playlist or edit an existing one, then add your Walls.io presentation to it.
7. Publish the playlist to your screen.

Verify

Your social wall should now appear on your screen. Post new content to any connected social media platform and confirm it appears in your Walls.io wall within a few minutes.

If it doesn’t work

The Walls.io app does not appear in your Library: Contact sales to verify your plan includes access to the Walls.io integration.

Content does not update automatically: Check your Walls.io account to confirm the wall is active and syncing with your social media accounts. Walls.io manages the social media connections; Displai displays the wall as-is.

Wall ID rejected or presentation does not load: Verify you copied the wall ID exactly as it appears in your Walls.io URL, with no extra spaces or characters.
