Stream Xite music videos to your screens

When to use this

Use this article when you want to display Xite music videos on your Displai screens. Xite provides curated music video channels that play continuously on your screens. This is ideal for businesses that want background entertainment in customer-facing areas.

Steps

1. From your Library, click the + button to create a new presentation, then click Stream music videos.
2. Set a name and duration for your new Xite presentation. Music videos will play non-stop for the duration you set. If Xite is the only presentation in your playlist, music videos will play indefinitely.
3. Click the Save button.
4. Add your Xite presentation to a playlist.
5. Publish the playlist to your screens.

Verify

Your screens should begin playing music videos from Xite after the playlist publishes. The videos will loop continuously for the duration you configured, or indefinitely if Xite is the only presentation in the playlist.

If it doesn’t work

• “Stream music videos” option not visible in Library: Verify your account has access to the Xite integration. Contact support if the option is missing.
• Music videos not playing on screens: Confirm the playlist containing the Xite presentation has been published to your screens and that the screens are online.
• Videos stop playing before duration expires: Check that other presentations in the same playlist are not interrupting the Xite presentation.
