Display Evergreen/TapHunter menus on your screens

When to use this

Use this guide to connect your Evergreen/TapHunter beer, spirits, and cocktails menus to your Displai screens. This integration automatically syncs menu changes to your displays in real time. Evergreen is a beverage marketing and management platform designed for bars, restaurants, and venues.

Steps

1. Go to the Library in your Displai Dashboard.
2. Click Create New Presentation.
3. Select the TapHunter app from the available integrations.
4. Enter your Evergreen/TapHunter Customer ID and Device Number into the configuration fields.
5. Click Save to create the presentation.
6. Navigate to Playlists and create a new playlist or edit an existing one.
7. Add the TapHunter presentation to your playlist.
8. Publish the playlist to your screen.

Verify

Your TapHunter menu appears on your screen within a few moments of publishing. Any changes you make in your TapHunter account automatically update on your screens without manual republishing.

If it doesn’t work

TapHunter app not visible in Library: Contact your account representative to add the TapHunter integration to your plan.

Menu does not display after configuration: Verify your Customer ID and Device Number are correct. You can obtain these credentials from your Evergreen/TapHunter account or by contacting Evergreen support at help@evergreenhq.com or (619) 512-2337.

Menu shows outdated content: Confirm your TapHunter account has the latest menu updates. The integration pulls live data, so changes in TapHunter appear on screens automatically.
