Display Survey Sparrow on your Displai screens
Connect your Survey Sparrow account to show interactive surveys on your Displai screens alongside your other playlist content.
When to use this
Section titled “When to use this”Use this guide when you want to show interactive Survey Sparrow surveys on your Displai screens. Survey Sparrow lets you build and deploy surveys that collect customer feedback and display real-time analytics. This is the right article if you already have a Survey Sparrow account and need to connect it to your Displai dashboard.

Verify Survey Sparrow is enabled on your Displai plan by contacting your account manager or sales team—Survey Sparrow is a premium app that must be added to your plan before you can use it.

Open your Displai dashboard and navigate to the Library page.

Click the green “Create” button to open your app list.

Select “Survey Sparrow” from the available apps.

Log in to your Survey Sparrow account at surveysparrow.com in a separate browser tab.

In Survey Sparrow, locate your survey credentials and copy the required authentication information.

Return to your Displai dashboard and paste the Survey Sparrow credentials into the configuration fields.

Click “Save” and then “Done” to finalize your Survey Sparrow app settings.

Create a new playlist or edit an existing one, then add the Survey Sparrow app to your playlist.

Publish your playlist to your target screens.
Verify
Section titled “Verify”Your Survey Sparrow survey should now appear on your screens in rotation with other playlist content. Check the screen to confirm the survey displays correctly and accepts input.
If it doesn’t work
Section titled “If it doesn’t work”Survey Sparrow not appearing in your app list: Contact your account team to confirm Survey Sparrow is enabled on your plan.
Authentication errors: Verify you copied the correct credentials from your Survey Sparrow account. Log out of Survey Sparrow and log back in to refresh your session, then re-enter the credentials in Displai.
Survey content issues: Contact Survey Sparrow support at support@surveysparrow.com for problems with survey design, response collection, or analytics.
Displai dashboard issues: Contact Displai support at support@displai.ai for problems adding Survey Sparrow to playlists or publishing to screens.
