Display flyers on your Displai screens

When to use this

Use this guide when you want to create and publish promotional flyers, announcements, or visual messages to your Displai screens. Flyers combine images with text overlays and offer multiple themes and layouts for quick content creation.

Steps

1. In your Library, click the + button to create a new presentation, then select Create Flyer.
2. Enter a descriptive name for your flyer so you can find it easily later.
3. Click Image and upload the picture you want to use for your flyer. Flyers support JPG, PNG, and GIF image formats.
4. Add text to your flyer:
   • Use Heading Text for a punchy headline to draw attention.
   • Use Body Text for additional details (this appears smaller).
5. Select a layout for your flyer. The layout determines how your image is positioned relative to the text.
6. Choose a theme that matches the message of your flyer. Each theme offers a different look and feel.
7. Set the duration for how long the flyer should display.
8. Click Save and then Done.
9. Add your flyer to a playlist and publish it to your screens.

Verify

Your flyer should appear in your Library under the name you chose. After adding it to a playlist and publishing, the flyer will display on your screens according to the playlist schedule and the duration you set.

If it doesn’t work

Image layout issues:

• Portrait images (taller than wide) will always display completely alongside the text.
• Landscape images up to 16:9 ratio (like 1920×1080) will display completely unless you’ve included a large amount of text, which may cause center cropping.
• Landscape images wider than 16:9 will always be center-cropped to fit alongside the text.

If your flyer does not appear on screens after publishing, verify that:

• The playlist containing the flyer is assigned to your screens
• The playlist is published and not in draft mode
• The screen is online and connected
