Admin: An admin has all access and permissions for any part of the platform.
Team Admin: A Team Admin can manage their team's data and channel configurations, just like an Admin, but have more granular permissions for specific use of the role. To learn more about Team Admins click here.
Player User: Players are standard users who can appear on Leaderboards, participate in Challenges, or trigger specific types of Newsflashes. They can also view Channels, Huddle, and Performance Console (if set up) and be awarded points via newsflashes and challenges. Players do not have access to any of the configured features.
Fan User: A Fan user differs from the Standard User (Player/Admin/Team Admin) and requires a different license* type. Fans are essentially Players who aren't tied to metrics. Fans can view Channels, the Activity Feed, and be Watchers on Leaderboards, but are prevented from appearing on Leaderboards, participating in Challenges, or triggering specific types of Newsflashes. They can be awarded points and use the rewards store. To learn more about Fans click here.
