Use Teams in Hoopla to Simplify Maintenance
Group users into Teams to streamline player management on Leaderboards and Newsflashes. When you assign Teams instead of individual players, you'll spend less time maintaining accurate player lists across your Hoopla features.
Here's an example:
- Create a Team called "Account Executives" for your sales team.
- Create a Leaderboard "MTD Sales" and select Team "Account Executives" instead of adding individual sales team members as Players.
- Whenever you update the "Account Executives" team membership, the players on the "MTD Sales" Leaderboard will automatically update to match.
If you don't use Teams for Leaderboard players, you'll need to update both the Team and the Leaderboard separately whenever team membership changes.
