To map TalkDesk data to your Hoopla users, you must add them through the Hoopla app within TalkDesk.
If you're adding the Hoopla app in TalkDesk for the first time, follow these steps:
- Use the link provided to start the Hoopla app installation in your TalkDesk account.
- Under Step 2 - Users, select all the users for whom you want to import TalkDesk data.
- If the TalkDesk users already exist in Hoopla, we'll match them with their TalkDesk ID and update any TalkDesk data in the relevant metrics.
- Any Hoopla users paired with TalkDesk users must now log into Hoopla using the TalkDesk SSO button ("Sign in with:")
- The exception is Salesforce Users. If a Hoopla user has been provisioned by Salesforce, they must log into Hoopla using the Salesforce login button.
- Note: TalkDesk users are matched with Hoopla users by email address. If the emails don't match, a new profile will be created in Hoopla for the TalkDesk user.
- If selected TalkDesk users don't have Hoopla accounts, we'll create user profiles for them.
- Once added, these new users can log into Hoopla using the TalkDesk SSO button ("Sign in with:")
- New users will not be notified by Hoopla of their new account.
- Depending on your Hoopla account setup, either TalkDesk or Hoopla will bill you for any new Hoopla users.
- After completing the remaining app installation steps, you'll see a success banner and any new users will be added to Hoopla.
- You don't need to authorize the TalkDesk Integration in Hoopla before we sync users. They will appear in Hoopla within a few minutes of successfully installing the Hoopla App in TalkDesk.
If you've already installed the Hoopla App in your TalkDesk account and want to add or remove users, follow these steps:
- In your TalkDesk account, navigate to "My Apps" on the top right-hand side of your screen.
- Find the Hoopla app and click on its gear icon.
- This opens a modal that allows you to manage your Hoopla App.
- Navigate to the Users section.
- Here, you can deselect users you wish to remove from Hoopla or select new users you wish to add.
- Finally, click the "Save changes" button.
