How to get started using Hoopla’s App on IOS or Android devices
Raydiant for Mobile enables you to view Leaderboards and celebrate important achievements from your iOS or Android device. You will receive notifications when team members hit milestones, and you can personalize your own milestone announcements with a photo and message. Managers can track Metrics, receive push notifications about team progress, and check Leaderboard rankings while on the go.

Downloading the App
Hoopla’s app is available to download for your iOS or Android device. Make sure you download the app named: Raydiant - Team Engagement and Motivation (we are in the process of changing this now).
- iOS in the Apple App Store
- Android device in Google Play
Setup: For the best experience you will want to enable push notifications.
When the app is backgrounded, you will receive push notifications for Newsflashes on which you are a Player or Watcher, and Faceoff events for Leaderboards on which you are a Player or Watcher. These notifications will appear as popups when you're actively viewing the app.
Mobile App Basics
Log in with the same credentials you use for the web version. Depending upon if you are a Salesforce user or not, there are two ways to log in:
- Received a Hoopla email: Enter the email and password you received.
- Salesforce Users: Click on the Salesforce icon to log in using your Salesforce credentials.
Raydiant’s Mobile App consists of four tabs:
- Huddle
- Scoreboard
- Points & Rewards
- Post

Huddle:
Huddle is our brand-new communications center. Here you'll be able to view all your messages, recently triggered newsflashes, and any upcoming calendar events. You can "like" or comment on any feed item. Additionally, you can filter your Huddle feed to view specific message types: General, Recognition, Critical, or Tasks.
Pro-Tip: Keep the recognition going by "liking" and commenting on coworkers' successes.
Scoreboard:
Scoreboard is where you can access both Leaderboard rankings and Challenge information. Click into the Leaderboard sub-tab to view any Leaderboards you are a player or watcher on. Click into the Challenges sub-tab to view challenge scores for any challenges from the past 30 days.
Pro-Tip: Start a Faceoff challenge with a teammate on a metric that you are both close to hitting. This will help keep you motivated and focused!
Points & Rewards:
Click into the Points & Rewards tab to view point balance, point accrual history, and access your rewards store if you have one set up.
Post:
If you are an Admin, Team Admin, or have been granted Post permissions, you will see a Post tab in the new layout. Click on the post and select one of our three templates (General, Recognition, or Emergency) to send a message to your team members.
