Release: InSight Analytics Platform: Expanded CSV Export for Content Engagement
What’s New
You can now export detailed insights for your content engagement data in a convenient ZIP file containing two CSV files:
- Engagement Metrics: Includes timestamps, locations, devices, content playback details, audience demographics, view rates, and more.
- Click Data: Captures key interaction details like link names, page types, clicks, and click percentages.
Data granularity:
• Hourly for up to 1 month.
• Daily for longer periods.
Note: Downloads may take 15–90 seconds depending on dataset size. Avoid starting a new download while another is in progress.

Release: Set Goals & See Progress in Engage Leaderboards
What’s New
Now you can set clear goals for your team and track progress effortlessly with our enhanced leaderboard visuals. Progress bars, percentages, and color-coded statuses make it easy to stay on top of individual and team performance at a glance.
Capabilities
• Set Goals Directly in Leaderboards. Configure numeric targets for your team, tailored to your primary metrics.
• Trackable Progress Indicators. Progress bars and percentage values show real-time performance against set goals—celebrate exceeding targets with labels like “115% of target.”
• Color-Coded Statuses
• Green: Target achieved or exceeded
• Yellow: On track
• Red: Needs improvement
How to Set It Up
- Visit Engage Configuration.
- Under Primary Metric, click Set a Goal for Metric:
• Add your numeric goal.
• Choose to rank High to Low or Low to High.
- Customize Threshold Settings (green, yellow, red) as needed.
- Hit Save!
To See How It Looks
• Check your Channels to view the updated leaderboard.
• For the best experience, use the Bar Graph view—though it also works great with Classic and Multi-Board styles.

Release: HDMI status for ScreenRays
What’s New
You can now see the HDMI status for your ScreenRays in your CX Screens Dashboard. To see the status hover over the new icon to the right of the network connectivity status to see the HDMI status. Additionally, you can open the Device Settings to see a new Display Outputs section.

This integration empowers businesses to harness advanced analytics, visualize key performance metrics, and display custom Power BI reports on Raydiant screens. Designed to meet the needs of enterprise clients, this feature streamlines data-driven insights, making them accessible within the Engage platform.
Capabilities:
• Data Mapping: Connect Power BI datasets to Engage and map fields to Engage metrics. Data can be aggregated using sum, average, or count operations for detailed insights.
• Dashboard Display: Select Power BI reports to be displayed on Raydiant screens via Engage’s Channel lineup. Configure display settings like report duration and transition effects for a seamless viewing experience.

What’s New
The Order & Pay Kiosk is an out-of-the-box solution that enables in-store ordering with customizable branding options. Designed to enhance customer experience and streamline operations. As of today it integrates with Toast and Square POS’ (with additional integrations coming soon) to pull in menus and process orders seamlessly. It is built for portrait orientation and optimized for screens between 20-32 inches.

It’s designed to streamline communication about open shifts, enabling team members to easily message and coordinate about claiming available shifts.
With this integration, you can:
• Post Schedules: Share your team’s weekly schedules seamlessly within Engage.
• Streamline Shift Communication: Quickly notify your team about open shifts and allow them to communicate about claiming those shifts.
• Automate Recurring Posts: Set up recurring schedule posts to keep your team informed without manual effort.
• Receive Notifications: Get notified when a new week’s schedule is posted, so no one misses a beat.

Release: CX Locations for Screen Organization
What’s New
Managing screens across multiple locations can become challenging as your operations grow. Previously, our screens dashboard grouped screens by users. Now, with the new Locations feature, you can better organize screens by store, building or other location type. This update allows you to more easily browse and identify screens at each location, and users can be assigned to manage screens specific to their designated locations.
Existing customers are being migrated to the capability and can choose to take advantage of the Locations feature by creating your Locations and moving your existing screens to the newly created locations. If you prefer to have your screen organization remain as it is (by user) you don’t need to do anything as your user names were migrated into the Locations grouping function and will show up as such when you select a Location group for any new screens added.

Release: CSV Export for Analytics
What’s New
The ability to export your data into CSV format is now available for the following InSights Analytics dashboards:
- Traffic & Awareness (full export available)
- Product Engagement (full export available)
- Content Engagement (export only available for Top Clicks data for interactive content currently)
The granularity of the data is per hour for up to a 1 month time period, and per day for a time period larger than a month.
Note: The CSV download might take anywhere between 15 - 90 seconds to complete depending on the size of the data set. Also, please do not start another download while another one is in progress.

- AI-Driven Text Generation: Integrates OpenAI’s GPT technology to facilitate automatic generation of text content based on customer-provided prompts. This feature supports various content lengths and tones.
- AI-Driven Image Generation: Utilizes AI algorithms to generate images relevant to the text content or customer inputs. Customers can also upload custom images to their posts. The system supports the addition of up to 10 images per post, enhancing visual engagement.
- Content Customization and Preview: Provides tools for admins and players to edit and modify AI-generated content before finalizing. This includes a preview functionality that ensures all content meets expectations prior to publication.
- Audience Targeting: Features user-defined targeting options that allow posts to be directed towards specific team members, teams, or the entire community, ensuring content relevance and precision in communication.

Release: Visitor InSight Region of Interest (ROI)
What’s New
Ability to select a partial portion of the camera field of view (FOV), and exclude the rest from the analysis. This can be used for example to exclude employees behind the counters or people outside the locations that are visible in the camera FOV so that the data is not muddied with employees being counted as visitors.

They can choose to upgrade to a paid version at any time.
