- Power cycle your unit. Disconnect it from the power for 15 seconds and plug back in.
- Check your WiFi. You can see the strength of your WiFi within your Raydiant dashboard.
- Check your content & playlist. Is your content correct and does it have any errors?
- Billing & payments. Service interruptions may occur due to unpaid invoices.

Our devices remember any WiFi network they've previously connected to. This way, if you turn a screen off and back on, it will automatically reconnect to the internet that it is familiar with. Pretty cool, right?!
But sometimes you need to change WiFi networks, either because you're moving to a new location or because you're changing the WiFi network at your business.
If you turn on a Displai device and no familiar WiFi networks are available, it will automatically go into setup mode so you can connect it to a new WiFi network.
Alternatively, if you need swap it to a new network without disabling your current network, please text us at our 24/7 text line at (877)755-2332. Our support team will update your device to the new network in a few minutes.
We will need some basic information such as:
- Email address associated with your Displai account
- The name of each device you'd like to have a network modified
If you're comfortable sharing the WiFi network name and password with us, we can also simultaneously add the new network credentials and remove the old ones, so you don't have to go through the process of setting up each ScreenRay with your new network.
